The Ouid Store (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates theouid.store. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Ouid Store is operated from Kenya and serves customers internationally.
Order & account information: name, email, shipping and billing address, and order history, collected through WooCommerce when you place an order or create an account.
Contact & newsletter information: name and email address submitted through our contact form or newsletter signup (powered by WPForms).
Payment information: payments are processed directly by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Automatically collected information: basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and to keep the site running — for example through WooCommerce sessions and our security provider, Sucuri.
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, communicate with you about your order or inquiry, send newsletter updates you’ve opted into, prevent fraud and keep the store secure, and improve the site and our products.
We use cookies required for core functionality: keeping items in your cart, managing your session, remembering your preferences, and login/account access. As of the date above, we have not intentionally connected any analytics or advertising tracking tools. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
