Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you, from checkout to your doorstep.

Separate Packages

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, on different days and with separate tracking numbers. Nothing has gone wrong; that’s just how some orders travel.

Processing Times

Processing time is how long it takes to prepare your order before it ships. It depends on the item:

• Apparel: typically 2–7 business days.
• Accessories and other items: typically 1–3 business days.

These are typical ranges, not guarantees. Your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails will have the most current information for your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, typical transit times are:

• Standard delivery: generally 3–10 business days.
• International delivery: generally 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, local carrier delays, weather or busy periods. Where available, estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to many countries, but not every product can ship to every destination because of local import rules for some product types. If an item can’t ship to your location, you’ll see this at checkout before you pay.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Any available shipping promotions are applied automatically in your cart.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or local taxes charged by your country on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority, are the customer’s responsibility, and are not included in your order total or our shipping charges.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order (or each part of it) ships, where tracking is available for your destination.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we’ll help track it down or arrange a resolution in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.
